Marketing and Business Development is pleased to announce REALTORS® Federal Credit Union online banking system is officially up and running as of Monday, April 18.  REALTORS® FCU was created by the National Association of REALTORS® as an independent and member-owned financial cooperative with services designed to meet the unique financial and cash-flow needs of REALTORS®.

The credit union (based in Rockville, MD) is the first completely virtual credit union offering secure and friendly member service 24/7 online or by phone. It provides access to thousands of surcharge-free ATMs, secure online banking and bill pay, deposits that are safe affordable loans and trusted advice.

WHAT:  On April 18, 2011, REALTORS® FCU will perform an upgrade to its online banking system.  The new system includes a completely new look-and-feel, improved functionality and many new features. All RFCU members will be required to enroll in the new system prior to their first login.

  • Enhanced security features
  • Customizable, user-defined dashboards and “widgets”
  • A graphic-rich, intuitive navigation scheme
  • Embedded search engine for ease of locating transactions (…much like Google)
  • Personal Financial Management tools for categorizing, analyzing and graphing transactions  (…much like Quicken or Mint.com)
  • Updated transfer capability to allow for faster processing of external transfers
  • A secure “Documents” feature to allow for the storage of personal financial-related files
  • Enhanced alerts, including completely customizable alert settings
  • Account aggregation tools to allow for Quicken import/export and consolidated account management
  • Additional “self-service” functionality

LAUNCH PLANS:  
  • All RFCU members will be required to enroll in the new system prior to their first login (not sure why this is here)

  • Articles in NAR and REALTOR® FCU newsletters
