2011 WeMAR Membership Renewal
Every January marks the time to renew your membership with REALTOR® associations. Paying your annual REALTOR® dues to WeMAR also includes payment to the National Association of REALTORS® and Arizona Association of REALTORS®. Affiliate members pay WeMAR dues only.


Membership Renewal Timeline


December 16 – Dues invoices are available for members to view and pay online.
January 1 – Dues are due.
January 24 – Pay dues by today to avoid late fee.
January 25 – Payment is considered past due and now includes a $40 late fee.
February 14 – Pay dues and late fee to avoid an additional reconnect fee.
February 15 – If payment is not received, membership is inactivated. Payment now includes a $40 late fee and a $25 reconnect fee. **Individual Access to MLS, Lockbox Key, ZipForm® and iFAX is Disabled

Pay Online:

It is quick and easy… Click here, log in to your realtor.org account. You will see an option to pay your 2011 membership dues.

If you have not previously registered on realtor.org, do so prior to attempting to pay online. You will need your NRDS number. Find my NRDS number

Contributions to RAPAC are voluntary and used for political purposes. You may donate more or less than the suggested amount. If you prefer not to donate to RAPAC, click on “Pay Later” or enter $0 on the appropriate space. read more about RAPAC.

*Secondary members of WeMAR who live in the state of Arizona and have paid AAR and NAR dues to their primary local association - pay only WeMAR REALTOR® dues ($100).

**Secondary members of WeMAR who live in another state and have paid NAR dues to their primary local association – pay both WeMAR ($100) and AAR ($155) REALTOR® dues.
