Although dues are due by January 1, 2010, you have until January 31 to pay.

Contributions to RAPAC are voluntary and used for political purposes. You may donate more or less than the suggested amount. If you prefer not to donate to RAPAC, click on “Pay Later”.
If you have not previously registered on realtor.org, do so prior to attempting to pay online. You will need your NRDS number. Find my NRDS number

*Note: Under federal tax law, when you claim your REALTOR® membership dues as a business expense, you have to exclude the percentage used by the association for lobbying expenses to influence State or Federal legislation. For year 2010, you must exclude $44.00 of AAR dues, and $26 of NAR dues, which means of the $390.00 dues, $70.00 cannot be deducted. Please note that the entire $35 Public Awareness Campaign special assessment qualifies as fully deductible. **Contributions are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes.
