On June 29, 2012, the Senate and House passed the Flood Insurance Reform Act as a part of H.R. 4348, the Surface Transportation Conference Report. President Obama signed the measure into law on July 6, 2012. The Arizona Department of Real Estate has been notified by the Phoenix Police Department of the following information: Chris Buckley's agent information is being used to set up showings, and then the suspect burglarizes the home.  So far, it appears the suspect has struck twice recently.  Once in Phoenix and once in Gilbert, last week. Phoenix Police Department is asking REALTORS® to confirm showings with Chris, before giving out lock box...
