As of February 15, we are inactivating REALTORS® and Affiliates who have not paid their membership dues. Dues are considered past due and include a $50 late fee and a $30 reconnect fee.

*Secondary members of WeMAR who live in the state of Arizona and have paid AAR and NAR dues to their primary local association - pay only WeMAR REALTOR® dues ($100). Late ($50) and reconnect ($30) fees apply.

**Secondary members of WeMAR who live in another state and have paid NAR dues to their primary local association – pay both WeMAR ($100) and AAR ($155) REALTOR® dues. Late ($50) and reconnect ($30) fees apply.

Please include $50 late and $30 reconnect fees with the amount you are paying.

Contributions to RAPAC are voluntary and used for political purposes. You may donate more or less than the suggested amount. If you prefer not to donate to RAPAC, click on “Pay Later” or enter $0 on the appropriate space. read more about RAPAC.

*Note: Dues payments and fees, and RAPAC donations are non-refundable. For 2012, WeMAR computes 5 percent or $5 to be nondeductible, AAR computes 9 percent or $14 to be nondeductible, and NAR computes 31 percent or $37 to be nondeductible ($83 is deductable) for the member's income tax purposes due to local, state and national lobbying efforts. Please note that the entire $35 Public Advocacy Campaign special assessment qualifies as fully deductible. Membership dues are not deductible as charitable contributions, but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense subject to restrictions imposed as a result of association lobbying activities.

**Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS® or any of its state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. 70% of each contribution is used by your state PAC to support state and local political candidates. Until your state PAC reaches its RPAC goal 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after the state PAC reaches its RPAC goal it may elect to retain your entire contribution for use in supporting state and local candidates.
