Membership Renewal Timeline
December 1 – Dues invoices are available for members to view and pay online at REALTOR.org.
January 1 – Dues are due.
January 23 – Pay dues by today to avoid $50 late fee.
January 24 – Payment is considered past due and now includes a $50 late fee.
February 13 – Pay dues and late fee to avoid an additional $30 reconnect fee.
February 14 – If payment is not received, membership is inactivated. Payment now includes a $50 late fee and a $30 reconnect fee.
