Please note: as a new member they will need to see your government issued photo ID. Please plan to arrive at their office no later than 4:15 PM so they may assure you receive full training on your new key. When planning your visit to a Support Center, please allow 45 minutes to process a first-time key and 20 minutes for a replacement key. Mornings are less busy than afternoons.
