Writing a Contract can be Risky Business...
When writing a contract it can be tricky, time-consuming and stressful. If done improperly, it can also cost you or your client thousands of dollars. Learning the nuances of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) Residential Resale Real Estate Purchase Contract, as well as the AAR addenda can put even the most chaotic transactions back on track to a smooth closing. Keep in mind…you DO NOT have to be working towards a GRI designation to take this class.
The GRI designee is the best-prepared and most knowledgeable Arizona real estate practitioner.

Don Martin
Since becoming licensed in 1979, Don has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business. He has been the designated broker of his own successful company and of an ultra large company of over 1,100 agents.
Don is past president of both a local and state association and has been a member and chair of numerous REALTOR® association committees and work groups at the local, state and national levels over a span of 30+ years. He is a former REALTOR® of the Year at three different associations and was honored by the Arizona Association of REALTORS® with the Distinguished Service Award in 2009.
Don is a national real estate educator and leadership trainer as well as an Arizona GRI faculty member. He has trained thousands of REALTORS® on ethics and professional standards, contracts, fair housing, agency, and other risk management topics and is also a certified mediator, professional standards consultant, and expert witness on broker standard of care and procuring cause issues.
Don currently lives in Chicago with his wife, business associate and traveling companion Alice.
