About this Event

Celebrate Your Success at the 2017 President's Roundtable & Sales Awards Luncheon! If you sold over $2.1 million in sales volume in 2017, while a WeMAR member, you can qualify for an award. This year, we added property management based on gross rent to the sales qualifications. Please review the updated awards policy to determine what award you may qualify for and which category to enter.

We'll enjoy lunch, announce Bronze recipients, present certificates to Silver and Gold recipients, and present awards to special recognition categories and President's Roundtable winners. Have your picture taken with President Justin Schlegel and 2017 President Fred Cleman. Invite your guests to share in the excitement and celebration.

This is a ticketed event. Tickets will be mailed by the first week of March to either the address on your online registration or your billing address from your registration form. Bring your ticket with you to the event. Tickets are not refundable or transferable. Tickets will be sold at the door ONLY IF there is space available for $60 each.

We'll have Champagne Chicken, Southwestern Chopped Salad, and apple pie for dessert. Vegetarian and gluten free meals are available upon request. Please include your preference when you register for the event. We give the caterer a count of how many of each meal type to prepare. The servers don't know who is to receive a vegetarian or gluten free meal. Please let your server know if you requested either of these options.

Award Recipients Not Attending the Luncheon: $25 each
If you would like to submit for an award and cannot attend the luncheon, you may still receive an award from the Presidents' Roundtable and Sales Awards.

Submit your registration and payment with your 2017 sales transactions entry form by Thursday, February 15 to be considered as an award recipient of WeMAR. Include your registration form or a copy of online registration confirmation with your entry form. Brokerages and/or affiliates may be reserving tables and/or purchasing tickets for award recipients. Please confirm with your broker before purchasing your ticket. No refunds will be issued.

If you haven't received a receipt confirmation for your entry from our events team within 48 business hours of submitting your entry, we haven't received it. Please resubmit or contact Events to confirm.


ARMLS® Agent Listing & Sales Summary reports are acceptable. Please complete the first page of the awards entry form and include it with your summary.

To find your summary, log into your www.armls.flexmls.com account. Under Menu, Statistics, click on Inventory & Production. Under the Report menu, scroll to and click on Agent Listing Activity. Enter the date range that you were a member of WeMAR during the sales awards year. Click on the appropriate additional information to produce your report, and click next. Select the appropriate additional information like "include co-listing and co-selling sides" and "Closed". Click next to view your report. Print and/or save your results to forward for your awards entry.

Show your support! WeMAR affiliates and brokers are able to sponsor this event. Table reservations are also available. Please send your company high resolution color logo in JPG format to Events to be added to the slide show. You can complete the printable agreement or reserve your table online with your luncheon registration.
