NAR biennial Code of Ethics requirement: January 2017-December 2018• Discuss similarities between NAR’s Code of Ethics and ADRE’s Commissioner’s Rules
• Learn the process to file a grievance for code violations
• Learn what arbitration is and how it works in a commission dispute
• Specific rules and obligations under both will be discussed
