Course Objectives: To give real estate agents an understanding of the ways in which to complete the financing sections of the AAR Residential Resale Real Estate Purchase Contract and the possible financing implications of other sections.Instructor
Jill Hoogendyk
Jill began as a real estate sales agent in 1984. In 1986, she opened her own mortgage company where she was responsible for overseeing all activities of the company and its employees. She is a certified trainer for the Mortgage Bankers Association. She teaches a variety of courses in mortgage finance, including pre-licensing classes and continuing education for loan originators, and licensing classes required to be a mortgage broker in Arizona. Jill is currently a Sr. Loan Consultant for Caliber Home Loans with licenses to do business in both Arizona and California.
