This class will explore the Real Estate Commissioners Rule, R4-28-1101, title: “Duties to Client”and how it impacts the licensees role to protect their client. All sections of R4-28-1101 will discussed as well as related parts of the Commissioners Rules. Case studies and examples will be used to emphasize the rules.
