Brad Horton
Brad has been involved in the Arizona real estate market since 1977. His 38 years of experience includes purchasing properties for investors, mortgage lending, and over 21 years’ experience in 1031 tax exchanges involving over 5,000 transactions throughout the country. Brad is well known throughout the real estate and title industry as a wealth of knowledge concerning exchange issues.

His exposure in the real estate community has been enhanced by hundreds of seminars taught throughout the state with over 5,500 continuing education hours for Legal Issues for real estate 1031 tax exchanges, Fair Housing Issues, and General hours for renewal. He is a polished public speaker exhibiting both confidence and professional depth in his fields.

He has contributed several articles to numerous real estate educational schools educating agents with the Phoenix Association of REALTORS®, Arizona Academy of Real Estate, Westford College, Hogan School of Real Estate, Southeast Valley Association of REALTORS®, West Maricopa Association of REALTORS®, Payson Association, Mojave County, Tucson Association of REALTORS®, and the Santa Cruz County Board of REALTORS®.
