Scott Whyte, City of Peoria Real Estate Development Officer, will be our guest. Scott was the city’s Economic Development Director, but now heads a new department dedicated to developing real estate opportunities for the City. Learn more about Peoria and the City’s plan for the vast North Peoria area.
Kirsten Hall will speak on Opportunity Zones. Kirsten is the business real estate specialist for the Peoria Economic Development Department. Her focus is on business expansion, business retention and workforce development.
