How to Survive an ADRE Audit - What You Need to Know, Including Property Management Trust Accounts
Please join us and invite your office managers to our Risk Management Forum.Real estate risk management is an essential concern for brokers. When agents breach their duty to act in the best interests of their client, the client may sue the agent's brokerage. To protect your clients’ interests, and reduce the risk of exposure to you and your agents, we invite you to join us for discussion at our Risk Management Forum.
Wednesday Enriquez, Designated Broker and Jeff Hockett, REALTOR® and owner of Hockett Tax and Payroll Service will discuss what ADRE auditors want to see, how to handle online files, what they want to see regarding reconciling trust accounts. They'll also discuss taxes and the tax services Jeff's company provides specifically for real estate agents. Jeff just recently passed an ADRE Audit and made the Honor Roll, which is not an easy task!
Bring your questions. There will be an open discussion following the presentation and complimentary lunch.
