Gain insight on councils and networking groups supported by WeMAR!

This expo style open house is an opportunity for you to familiarize yourself with some of our networking groups and our councils. Meet representatives from the following groups, and learn how you can get involved and take advantage of our programs.

Professional Development will share information about the WeMAR Elite Certification and the Graduate REALTOR® Designation. Learn about designations and certifications that you can earn that will give you specific education to better assist your clients. Find out how you can make a difference in fostering professional and relevant education for your fellow members.

Government Affairs will provide information about Carbon Monoxide, Free Assumability, Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT), and Arizona's Open Range Laws that you can share with your clients. Learn more about RAPAC and RPAC and how contributing to these will impact the real estate industry. Find out how to participate in the council, workgroups, and task forces. Learn about our member benefits, Member Referral Program, REALTOR® and affiliate membership, and how you can get involved in helping engage our members in the association and community outreach.
