Criteria for Gold Certification

REALTOR® in good standing for 5 years
25 completed transactions per career
30 hours CE credits in previous 12 months – choose your 30 hours from the following categories of Real Estate Legal Issues, Fair Housing, Commissioner’s Standards, Agency Law, Contract Law, Disclosure Issues, and include one (1) Code of Ethics class–submit a copy of ADRE education record for proof of completion
Community service/association involvement – 48 hours total service including a minimum of 24 hours actual involvement at WeMAR in the last five years.
3 completed designations – GRI plus 2 NAR Designations

Criteria for Silver Certification

5 transactions in your REALTOR® Career
6 hours of association involvement
18 hours CE credits in previous 12 months – choose your 18 hours from the following categories of Real Estate Legal Issues, Fair Housing, Commissioner’s Standards, Agency Law, Contract Law, Disclosure Issues, and include one (1) Code of Ethics class – submit a copy of ADRE education record for proof of completion.
New Member Orientation or Code of Ethics.
One (1) general business class: business planning, tax, budget finance, salesmanship
ARMLS® classes on flexmls® Web, Monsoon (waived for licensees for 3+ years of active license status)
Working towards their GRI designation or have obtained

Certification Benefits
