- Creates an awareness of and appreciation for the role the Code can and should play in their professional lives
- Enhance professionalism and competency
- Encourages REALTORS® to view their Code of Ethics as a living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients, customers and the public
New Members
All new WeMAR members are asked to complete Code of Ethics within their first 90-days of membership. Attend the New Member Orientation Code of Ethics course FREE of charge.
Are you transferring from another association and have completed Code of Ethics after January 1, 2009? Please bring a copy of your certificate when you join WeMAR.

All Members
Please note that ALL WeMAR members are REQUIRED to complete a Code of Ethics course by Monday, December 31, 2012. Failure to fulfill this requirement will result in membership suspension until the class is taken and reported to WeMAR.
