The Government Affairs & Public Policy Committee is responsible for:

Developing government affairs policy
Creating and maintaining a sustained grassroots movement among REALTORS®
Work with association leadership for political fundraising (RAPAC)
Be the leading advocate for Private Property Rights
Inform and communicate to our members changes in public policy that affect their business
Support the REALTORS® of Arizona Political Action Committee and the Arizona REALTOR® Party

Sun City Capital Improvement Fee

Sun City and the Recreation centers of Sun City (RCSC) are charging heirs the $3000 Capital Improvement fee and a $300 Transfer Fee unless the homes are in a trust. More information can be found at www.sunaz.com.
