- Developing government affairs policy
- Creating and maintaining a sustained grassroots movement among REALTORS®
- Work with association leadership for political fundraising (RAPAC)
- Be the leading advocate for Private Property Rights
- Inform and communicate to our members changes in public policy that affect their business
- Support the REALTORS® of Arizona Political Action Committee and the Arizona REALTOR® Party

Sun City Capital Improvement Fee
Sun City and the Recreation centers of Sun City (RCSC) are charging heirs the $3000 Capital Improvement fee and a $300 Transfer Fee unless the homes are in a trust. More information can be found at www.sunaz.com.
