Caring Agents Responding to Emergency Situations

This is a fund established by WeMAR to assist REALTORS® and Affiliate Members experiencing crisis or catastrophic event through no fault of the individual. Funds are available to WeMAR REALTOR® and Affiliate Members.

The will fund will help WeMAR members through

Assistance with medical costs for the individual or their immediate family
Financial assistance with a medical condition that might discourage the member from working with the public to earn a living
At-home assistance during a recovery period
Transportation to and from medical appointments
Expenses for day-to-day living
Housing Assistance

Why donate?

To Give Back. Numerous charities help others – The WeMAR C.A.R.E.S. Fund is available only to WeMAR Members and Affiliates.

How can I support WeMAR C.A.R.E.S.?

Buy your ticket to ‘Sparkling Nights’ – it is the main fundraising vehicle for WeMAR C.A.R.E.S.
Become a Sponsor or a Special Friend of ‘Sparkling Nights’.
Advertise in the ‘Sparkling Nights’ program.
Audition for ‘Sparkling Nights’.
Volunteer to help or participate on the ‘Sparkling Nights’ Committee.
Make an individual donation to “WeMAR C.A.R.E.S.” Donations are tax deductible.
Encourage those in need to apply for assistance or nominate them yourself.

All requests for assistance from The WeMAR C.A.R.E.S. Fund are completely confidential. Recipient profiles used only with the permission of the recipient. The WeMAR C.A.R.E.S. Fund Administrative Committee is comprised of five WeMAR members (one Affiliate member) and the WeMAR CEO as an ex officio member.

WeMAR C.A.R.E.S. is administered by The Arizona Association of REALTORS® Disaster Assistance Foundation in partnership with the West Maricopa County Regional Association of REALTORS®.
