About this Event
Risk Management can affect your bottom line. This class identifies real estate risks and shows you how to protect yourself by being aware of negligent behavior and misrepresentation.This class meets the NAR Ethics Training requirement.
GRI Designee: Please contact Education to register for $30.
Please Note: The class material is copyrighted and is not to be shared.
Keep in mind, you DO NOT have to be working towards a GRI® designation to take this class. The GRI® designee is the best-prepared and most knowledgeable Arizona real estate practitioner. To learn more about the GRI designation, visit www.azgri.com.

Presentation Notice
This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. After registering, you'll receive an email from Zoom with the class link.
IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.

We’ll email your CE certificate to you within two business days after class completion.

She is also an approved Arizona REALTORS® instructor for GRI courses. Liz is certified as a Gold Standard Instructor (GSI) by the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA).
