REALTOR® MembershipWeMAR is considered a local association under the state and national associations. As a real estate professional, when you join WeMAR you will also join Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Annual membership dues are owed to each association and are collected and distributed accordingly by WeMAR when you join. Membership dues are due again each January 1. At WeMAR, appraisers are considered affiliates and join only at the local level.
The term "REALTOR®" is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and abides by its strict Code of Ethics.
Every REALTOR® is required by NAR to take a Code of Ethics (COE) class every two years. The current and fifth cycle began January 1, 2017 and ends December 31, 2018. New WeMAR members are required to complete a COE class within their first year of membership. We ask that you take a COE class within the first 90 days. You are not considered a REALTOR® until you have completed the Code of Ethics and will hold a "Pending" membership status. Once you attend and submit your COE completion certificate, we will record your fulfillment and update your membership status to "Active." Then you'll be added to the member directory on this site, where you have your own marketing page.
