New to real estate?
If you just earned your real estate license, choose and sign up with a brokerage. Once your broker accepts you into their office at ADRE, you can join the REALTOR® associations.When you join WeMAR, you're also joining Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). You can call yourself a REALTOR®. You'll also be asked to abide by the NAR Code of Ethics and attend a Code of Ethics class every two years as set by NAR. When you join, we ask that you attend a Code of Ethics class within the first 90 days of membership. Learn more about the Code.
Dues amounts may vary based on the time of year you join and proration terms for NAR, AAR, and WeMAR. For the most current dues amounts, contact our service team. REALTOR® association dues collected is based annually January 1-December 31 and are due every January 1. Dues are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
You can complete the new member online application or the fillable PDF. Remember to come in and meet with membership services to learn about the many opportunities we have to offer and register you for your first Code of Ethics class.
We can get you signed up for MLS. You'll have a choice of two different participation levels. You will pay your annual dues to Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Services (ARMLS®) online at ARMLS.com/payfees. Once you've joined WeMAR and ARMLS®, you can visit the ARMLS® Support Center next door to our office to get your lockbox key.
