Once your license is active with Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE), and your broker accepted you through ADRE, you're ready to join.
TransfersIf you are transferring from another association, please request a Letter of Good Standing from your association and send it with your completed application. If you've completed a Code of Ethics class for the current cycle, please include a copy as well. If you haven't attended an approved Code of Ethics class, be prepared to register for one during your first 90 days at WeMAR.
ReinstatingAre you returning to real estate, and were a member of WeMAR or a member of another association? Welcome back! If you haven't attended a Code of Ethics class for the current cycle, we'll ask you to attend for one within your first 90 days of membership.
About Member DuesDues amounts may vary for new and returning REALTORS® based on the time of year you join and proration terms for NAR, AAR, and WeMAR. For the most current dues amounts, contact our service team. Dues are nonrefundable and nontransferable. REALTOR® association dues collect is based annually January 1-December 31 and are due every January 1.
If you don't already have MLS, we can sign you up. ARMLS® dues are prorated monthly and are paid online at www.armls.com. Contact us to get the current dues amount. Once you've joined WeMAR and ARMLS®, you can visit the ARMLS® Support Center next door to our office to get your lockbox key.
