Meg Ohanesian Zemlicka brings unique talents to her role as an Economic Development Program Manager at the City of Tempe. With a keen eye for detail and a gift for crafting meaningful solutions, Meg has spent years working alongside communities and economic development organizations to identify challenges, leverage strategic partnerships, and deploy creative programs to drive job growth, workforce development, and quality of life initiatives.
Meg earned two bachelor's degrees from Northern Arizona University in environmental science and sustainability and visual communication and graphic design. She has led efforts for several teams, including a state-wide economic development member-based association, a commercial real estate firm, a small business resource startup, and an economic development marketing firm. Meg is also a certified Arizona Economic Development Professional.
