I am a native Arizonan. After Graduating from high school, I had the privilege of serving our country in the Marine Corps, honorably discharged after 4 years. I recently retired as an Equipment Mechanic/Welder/Fabricator (jack of all trades) from the City of Phoenix after 27 years of service. I have lived in Black Canyon City since 1998. In 2005, I took on the challenge of building my own home, only contracting out 20% of the build. In my spare time I am an avid scuba diver. Having 5 certifications, I have been fortunate enough to have dived all over the western hemisphere. I am also a firearms enthusiast. I currently have a valid FFL and am a firearms instructor. I teach courses in Basic Pistol, CCW and Advanced Pistol. Looking for a new way to serve the citizens of Arizona and moving on to the next chapter in my life, I successfully completed the courses and licensing for home inspections. I am a member of InterNACHI, a premier home inspector organization, and look forward to hearing from you.
